Teleradiology
Premier Radiology provides individualized services to hospitals looking to expand or improve their current radiology services.
We offer flexible options so that you can find a solution that works for you. Whether you need full-time radiology services 24/7/365, subspecialty radiology coverage, nights/weekends or a combination of the three, we can develop a program to meet your specific needs. Like many areas in healthcare today, free-standing imaging centers are faced with the challenge of increasing market share to increase revenue. Our subspecialized radiologists can broaden the scope of your practice by providing interpretations for several radiology specialties. We also provide coverage if your radiologists take time off as well as for nights and weekends should you decide to extend the hours of your practice. For more information, click here to contact us.
Whether you are a specialty medical clinic or a primary care clinic, Premier Radiology understands your need for quick turn-around and quality reports for your in-house radiology exams. There are almost 60 medical clinics that trust us to do that for them.
Because Premier charges a flat fee for all overread interpretations, clinics can bill for the global fee or the fee that covers both the technical and professional charges.
We are committed to offering all our clinics PACS training, PACSs troubleshooting, and easy access to the radiologists. For more information, click here to contact us.

Premier Radiology maintains a robust information technology strategy utilizing industry partnerships and the most current proven technologies. Since its inception more than a decade ago, teleradiology has been at the core of our business model. Our continued goal is to remain at the forefront of information technology in an effort to best serve our customers and their patients. Premier employs a multi-site image storage or PACS system that allows users to view images and reports on multiple platforms, including smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and personal computers. Our PACS and network infrastructure includes built-in redundancy and multiple high-speed Internet gateways to ensure the highest possible levels of availability and information security. For our clients, this means little to no interruption in workflow and timely results without concerns for information security.
In order to facilitate the many and sometimes differing workflows and information systems of our clients, Premier has deployed an in house HL7(health level-7) interface engine that affords compatibility across a wide range of platforms. Using this system, we can customize the transmission of patient demographics, reporting information, and image workflow. Our HL7 engine can deliver reports into almost any system and via multiple methods: e-mail, fax, direct to PACS/RIS/EMR, file drop, and more. There is a one-time charge to develop an interface that will connect to your current EHR, PACS or RIS.
